She is not on trial for improper disposal of a dead body. She is on trial for her daughter's murder, so these witnesses to me have no bearing. The prosecution is going to have to prove she murdered her daughter, not who disposed of the body. I feel, personally, they have enough circumstantial evidence to do this. Plus no one has mentioned yet her reaction to the news coverage when the body was found, and the prosecutions witnesses that are going to testify to Casey's freakout.Her actions sure seemed to me like she knew that it was HER daughter's body, just from knowing the location of where the body was found. If she herself didnt dump the body, how would she know WHERE caylee was? Plus they have all the botonists and experts that are going to testify as to how long the body was out there due to the bug casings, ect, so I am not too worried about this new info. If she was on trial for dumping a dead body, I may be, but she is going on trial for murder. It does NOT matter who dumped Little Caylee's body WHEN the prosecution proves Casey murdered her.

She was not laughing at his expense, Casey is quite smitten with Mr. Slabaugh. Watch the second half of the Part 2 video (during the sidebar). It is very obvious! It seems Casey has had some sort of prior contact with Mr. Slabaugh.
It's all in semantics, Camsmom. If Casey acted alone, then she would not only be the murderer, she would have to be the person who deposited the body in those woods. It could be no other person or the cops ain't doing their job. Disposing of the body, whether proper or not, has everything to do with murder in this case because the state is going saying she acted alone. If the defense could show that someone else "may" have been responsible for the disposal, that same someone "may" have been the real murderer. That has a good possibility of creating an element of doubt. Personally, I feel the ground was too flooded and messy to search until the water subsided. There was no way anyone was going in there after TS Fay dumped over 12 inches. And yes, the plant and bug experts will have a thing or two to say about it.
Gee, Lori, I didn't think about that. Maybe she is, but I don't think he's going to want to date her in prison. He's got a future. Hers is quite different.
The FACT that little Caylee's mouth and nose were taped, and her breathing passages were cut off says it all to me. The tape came from the house where Casey lived. She is just plain evil, and Geo,. and Cindy are damn lucky she didn't get them first! She still shows no remorse. Never will. I think she will do just fine in prison. 3 hots, a cot, food, people to talk with etc...One thing she WILL miss is A/C! '
imo This trial has gone on far, far too long. Should have been over months ago. jmo
